
SALMON DELIGHT

Marinade for four pieces of salmon I used:
4 PCS 6 oz pieces of Salmon
2 Tbsp Tolia Bouillon Seasoning
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of plain yogurt
1 tsp of mustard
½ tsp hot pepper powder
For garnishment:
1 onion, cut into fine cubes
5 oz Italian parsley
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
Cooking:
— Set the oven to broil and cook the salmon until nice and golden
It will take 15-20 minutes max
- Precut your onion into fine cubes and finely cut your fresh parsley,
- Preheat your stove to medium heat for 30 seconds and add your butter, onions, and parsley, frequently stirring until the onions are transparent, then turn off your heat.
- Place it on a serving dish as a garnishment, and add your salmon on top.
