📦 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $60 or more ship free anywhere in the U.S.
Orders under $60 ship at a flat rate of $10.
Our Sample Pack ships separately for just $4.50.
🧂 What’s in your bouillons?
Our bouillons are made from real, organic ingredients — including herbs, spices, and mushrooms. All are nourishingingredients you can recognize.
No MSG. No sugar. No artificial ingredients. Always 100% clean.
🧂Are you certified in food safety?
Yes — Chef Lauralie is a Certified Food Protection Manager in Missouri, trained in proper food handling, storage, and sanitation. She makes all the seasonings from scratch with care.
🧂Where are your products made?
All of our bouillons and cinnamon are ground and packaged in a fully licensed commercial kitchen in Missouri, in compliance with all state food safety laws and regulations. We follow strict sanitation and handling standards to ensure the highest quality and integrity in every jar.
🕒 How long does shipping take?
We ship via USPS. Most orders arrive in 3–4 business days after they’re processed.
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
🛑 Do you accept returns?
Because our products are food-based, we do not accept returns.
