African Cinnamon (DR Congo)

Single origin (From Kongo Central - in Western DR Congo)

Sustainably grown in DR Congo and ground in small batches here in St Louis. Prized for its sweetness and warmth. A spice with both flavor and purpose, Cinnamon is known to be rich in Antioxidants, packed with polyphenols that support your body’s natural defense against inflammation and stress.

What's In Our Bouillons Jars

Herbs and spices including:

Garlic 

Bold, foundational flavor. Nothing artificial

Shiitake Mushrooms

Plant-based umami depth.

Turkey Tail Mushrooms

 Used in traditional medicine for centuries. These mushrooms may help support immunity, gut balance, and natural detoxification.

Unrefined Sea Salt

We use mineral-rich sea salt in moderation — never table salt or fillers. Mineral-rich, not stripped like table salt.

Carrot 

Natural sweetness and color.

Cloves

Warm, slightly sweet, and packed with antioxidants. Cloves add depth and may support digestion.

Nutmeg

Subtle warmth and aromatic depth.

Habanero
