Bouillon Original

Ingredients:
Onion*, sea salt, shiitake mushroom*, garlic*, extra virgin olive oil*, carrot*, turkey tail mushroom*, chive flakes*, turmeric* 

Flavor Profile: Savory, and deeply aromatic with pleasant umami from mushrooms and warm herbs.

How to use: Use to season Stews, soups, stocks, broths, marinades, rice, eggs, sautéed greens, roasted vegetables, or sprinkled on your favorite savory snack. Great for anyone looking to enhance flavor with minimal effort. This is really made to do more than just bouillon!

Bouillon Mildly Spicy

Ingredients:
Same base as our Original, plus nutmeg*, jalapeño pepper*, ginger*, and habanero pepper* for a balanced heat.

Flavor Profile:
Bold and warming with layered heat that builds gently without overpowering.

Best Uses:
Use to season spicy Stews, soups, pepper soups, stocks, broths, marinades, rice, eggs, sautéed greens, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, sauces, shakshuka, stir-fries, or sprinkled on your favorite spicy snack. Great for recipes that call for savory with a mild  and balanced heat.

Congolese Cinnamon

Ingredient:
100% pure ground Ceylon cinnamon — ethically sourced from smallholder farmers in Kongo Central, DR Congo. (Western DR Congo)

Flavor Profile:
Delicate, golden, naturally sweet. A true Ceylon spice with depth.

Best Uses:
Tea, oatmeal, roasted squash, Baked sweet potato, African puff puff, banana bread, smoothies, cold or hot drink, savory sauces and beyond. This is real pure cinnamon that makes anyone happy. No wonder it is locally called "The bark of the tree of Happiness" in the DR Congo.
