Hi, I’m Lauralie — a wife, mom of two, and personal chef. I’m passionate about clean, intentional food and hold a Food Safety Manager certification in Missouri, so you can feel confident everything is prepared with care.

Fun Fact about me: I’m originally from the DR Congo, and I speak three languages: English, French, and Lingala.

When I’m not cooking for my own family—or gently negotiating with my kids to eat something besides rice or pasta—I’m helping busy professionals and families in St. Louis skip the dinner stress, takeout guilt, and constant grocery runs.

My goal? To stock your fridge with nourishing, ready-to-enjoy meals so you can focus on the things that matter most.

I’m always learning—whether it’s studying nutrition, crafting my own spice blends, or exploring healthy swaps for the pantry and home. Food is joy, and nourishing well is a lifelong journey I’m honored to support.
