Inspired by the classic Congolese galettes that brought joy to so many childhood moments, these tender waffle cookies are a tribute to tradition and clean indulgence.

Each galette is about 40g, made with organic wheat flour, grass-fed butter, unsweetened dried fruit, and other aromatic spices. Naturally sweetened with honey, they’re buttery, warm, and delicately crumbly.
