Hi, I’m Lauralie !

Founder and Flavor Artisan of Tolia Foods. I’m a  housewife and Mom of two.
I view nutrition through a holistic lens, believing that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle nourish the body from head to toe, from the inside and out. I'm excited to share these amazing flavors with you!


A story of purpose and passion

Commencing my health journey, I learned how the foods we consume impact our body from head to toe—So both my husband and I embarked on a new journey, an organic lifestyle that aligned with our well-being and the well-being of our children.

I made it my first official mission to replace a staple ingredient in my kitchen pantry- “Bouillon powders and bouillon cubes”, when I realized that they contained harmful, hormone-disruptive substances. My passion for making great foods, and promoting clean eating habits is how I came up with a "clean version of Bouillon Seasonings" that are truly nutritious, delicious, and capture the flavor notes of my Central African Heritage. My passion is to connect my community with flavors that contribute to their wellbeing. Hence contributing to a healthier community.

Whether it's your first time to learn about bouillon seasonings or you have been using them but you need a bouillon made only with natural ingredients, I have exactly what you are looking for. Even better, I made sure the flavor is top notch!

Fun Facts

I was born in the DR. Congo (Central Africa), and I can speak three languages fluently (Lingala, French and English). «Tolia» means Let’s Eat, it's in Lingala, a Bantu language spoken in the Congo and many parts of Central Africa. Tolia Foods is a reminder to eat foods that are nutritious and super Good for you.

Tolia Foods is a Central African food company founded in Saint Louis, MO, offering Clean ingredients Bouillon powders and Seasoning blends made with only natural ingredients that contribute to a thriving healthy lifestyle. We are currently shipping nationwide in the US, Canada, and Europe; with plans to expand availability internationally in the near future. The name "Tolia Foods" captures our mission essence perfectly, as "Tolia" means "let’s eat" in Lingala, a Bantu language spoken in the Congo. I see "Tolia" as more than just a word; it’s an invitation to enjoy great food, good company, and a cheerful atmosphere. In addition, Tolia Foods is a reminder to eat foods that nourish our bodies, Tolia Foods reminds us to "Eat Real Foods".
